SPELLING MISTAKE

I submitted my passport application form on dated 07-04 File No. A 016916 when I reached my home town I found that there is a spelling mistake made by you i.e. you typed my name wrongly as SHABIR AHMAD GAZA on the Cash Receipt when my correct name is SHABIR AHMAD GAZI according to my correct information which is given in my application form. So, kindly make it clear and accept my name as SHABIR AHMAD GAZI instead of SHABIR AHMAD GAZA.
