I am Khadija Begum, my ration card no is. BPL48590013, every month I couldn’t gets the ration goods and kerosene. because the rationshop workers supplie’s the goods only upto 11.30 am, after that they said time closed “tomorrow only possible”. But every day there will be very rush. Because their goods distribution hours are only upto 11.30 am after lunch they were wasting office hours freely with no works. I had contacted ration office they had told office hours is morning 9.00 am to evening 6.00 pm.
I am not getting sugar since september rice, wheat last month and can't got kerosene abuot 30 days
Most of the public couldn’t gets the ration goods every month proplerly, I don’t know where it is going.
Please take necessary action against the mentioned ration shops.
