Ration card not issued

Sir,

I Azad Singh, had applied for ration card service 06/08/09.

My application no. is 2045; Acknowledgment no. is 000355862, circle no.35, Jurisdiction address: A-59, DSCSC, Okhla Ph. I Delhi, and Phone no. 26813269.

And it’s been two years, but authorities have not issued me my ration card yet.

Every time i go to enquire about my ration card they say it will take some time.

So by this i want to draw the attention of the concerned authority towards my problem, and get my ration card done as earliest possible.
