Water Contaminated Block H-II Madangi

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your attention that from the last 1 week we are getting supply of contaminated water which is both muddy and has foul sewage smell in our locality Block H-II Madangir, due to which people have been taken ill in our area. I will like to request you to kindly attend to this water contamination problem in our locality on priority else we may have more people being taken ill.
