Dirty Sewage Water Suppy In our Home Since 29 March

I am a resident of Model Town-2. The water suppy in our area is very smelly and yellow in colour since yesterday afternoonie 29th of march. It seems like there is a sewage leakage resulting in foul smell and dirty water in our residential taps. Even after boiling the water, the foul smell is still there. And there is no way we can bring this to the delhi jal board's notice... so that some repair work can be done.
