Receiving bills for payments on due dates of payments

Dear Sir,

we received the water bills for payment on the due date of payment or very close to the due date of payament.

on 23/03 we received a bill for payment with a due date of payment is 25/03. On 24/03 there was Government Holiday. Today i.e. on 25/03 very huge line for payment and our little children are alone at home which cause inconvience to the families residing in S-Block, Vijay Vihar, Uttam Nagar.

Your honours is kindly requested to please provide us water bills at least 7 to 10 days before the due date of payment which enable us to deposit the payment without any waste of time or without cause any inconvinience.

It is also important to mention here that we received the telephone bills and electricity bills at 15 to 20 days prior to the due date of payment.

We trust this step will be taken in the best interest of public convenience.
