Lockage of sewerline

Sewer line between BC block flat nos. 41to 43 is blocked for the last 10 days and creating a lot of problem in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 BC block on Kela Godam Road. Please advice the suitable authorities to look into the same on proprity and get the line changed immediately to avoid accumulation of dirty water in the houses to avoid spreading deseses.
