Non receipt of passport

I have applied for the renewal of passport vide application no.z071266 on 01-07 till date i have not received my passport. the passport enquiry online show that - police verification waived application underway. now more than four months have passed but still waiting for the passport.

pl.look into the matter and help me getting the passport.
