Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Nitin Kumar and my Passport File Reference number is Z042019. I have applied for passport in Dec and my all varifications and necessary formalities has been done since long time still my status is same showing on website. They have not updated the status yet. It's been more than one year but I have not received my passport. I went passport office (Bhikaji cama Place) so many times but every time they says that my verification has been done and passport is in under process and I will recieve it within 10-15 days, but still I am waiting for it from long time. Its very difficult for a common man to leave his job and spend entire day in the queue and finally they will give the same answer. I have written so many mails but no action taken yet. I would request you to please look into this issue. I will be great thanfkul to you.
