Dear Sir,
I have submitted PF settlement forms 10C & 19 to Gurgaon PF office on 31 Oct. I have also received SMS on my mobile acknowledging the receipt.
After that i have raised many request on EPFO website to know the my claim status, because it is reflecting as under process since then.
Below is what reflect on website

On 13 Jan i saw the reply to my Grievance lodged with the office EPFO Gurgaon on EPFO website as "CASE DISPOSED OF" and the reason is mentioned as "Your chq has been returned due to payee name differ."
Since then I am trying to contact every person whose phone numbers are there on website including Mr Beerbal Meena (0124-2578633) whose phone is never answered to know the exact further action i should follow to get my PF money back
I even spoke with Mr R C Mishra (The Central Provident Fund Commissioner)'s Office but could not got the answer to it,
All i need to know is what is the exact reason my case is disposed of and the reason why my cheque is being return as i have attached the cancelled cheque of my Banks Saving account with the Form, so it is not possible that the A/c number is wrong. even names were correctly mentioned on my PF forms (i have cross checked it with the copy of forms which i have taken prior to sending).
Please let me know what will i do in such a situation and what will be my next move to get my money.
