Concerned authority,

I want to raise a complaint regarding a Road Signal in West Delhi Dwarka 20/11 are which seems to be never working, I have been continuously seeing this for last 2-3 months, which is the cause of accident as well in that area, since most of the time there are no traffic police men on that signal.

Kindly look into the matter so as to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to commuters.
