Driver did not stop the bus at bus stand

I was stand on Shahdara Mod Kabool Nagar bus stop for bus route number 273. After 20 minutes bus came but driver did not stop the bus. Bus registration number was DL 1P C 8364 Depot Nand Nagri

Time 06:35PM

Date 15.03.2012.
