Dear Concern
I am a resident of J&K Pkt, Dilshad garden. (145-B) Delhi-110095. In my pkt 2-3 dogs are creating a lot of problems. One of the dog is extremely dangerous. The dog had biten many members of our building, and the mades. Postmans, courier man and other delivery persons have refused to come. Life has become miserable. We fear going out of home.kindly take action and catch these dogs urgentely. We shall be highly greatful to you. thanking you
