Dog Complain
DOG Owner not responding

Dear Sir

My self Pankaj Kumar residing at 359/1, IV TH Main road, Vinayka Apartment, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 600039. I want to complain about Mrs Nisha residing at 3rd floor in my building, She has a DOG. He is attacking too many person daily. He attacked over my mother some days before and my mother injured by that . my mother age is about 70 years. i told mrs nisha for his dog too many times but she is not taking any action about him and she is open the dog for walking daily in building compound. Sir i have baby aged 4 months. my family very scared about that dog and my wife and mother not going outside the house.

please please help me sir. whenever we are going to told mrs nisha she is speaking very loudly and talking very roughly.
