Corruption is increase In Judiciary court, one Andheri court No.22 is one of them, People got to court to get the justice, and some lawyers who have no ethics, and they harras honest business man.
I have suffering heavily, I have given the house to my brother and bhabi to live temporily house officially purchased from foreign fund from nri account, holding share certificate of soceity and also till today paid maintaince of bldg for 27 year, and later i file the court in high court for evictionto take revenge, my bhabi played dirty trick and made my brother as handicap and file the case in adheri court.
Usually the time limit of Domestic voilence case is 60 days, now it has streach to 450 days, in between, in criminal my babhi adds for allegation,
as court dont check the papers, and accept the application, not only that but pass the orders all in favour of bhabi.
Order pass by judge, I cannot remove from house, and secondly i have also pay her 7000 maintaince.
tell me in city like mumbai, when elder brother is favouring to stay temporiry in the house, which is more sufficient.
Every where the bribe is going on, and third stage, my bhabhi has file more cases to harras me, such as 324 and 354
Would like to urge, Government authority of India, to remove the corruption from the court, so honest peole can live normal life.
