Dtc bus conductor
Very Rude Behave

Hello Sir,

I am Manjit Kaushik. I am working at Airport ATIS.

There is a bus no is DL1PC 1135 route no 534A Aanand Vihar to IGI Airport on date 21.02.10 at nearby time 7:30 reaching at aanand vihar terminal. The driver have no manners and his behaive is very rude he has change the route of bus and not inform to passengers after that conductor also giving abusing & he dont give me the complain book continues give the abuse & scared to me
