EB officers carelessness

Hello Sir,

We stay at medavakkam sastha nagar. No one comes to our flats to take the EB readings in our locality. When asked in person, they are asking us to take the readings ourselves and go to them. They are so careless in answering. Please do take action as soon as possible.
