Govt persons taken photos to make voter card...
at that time, i found that their database contained wrong information, so they said me to fill related form to correct my information.
I filled that form & received receipt for that application.
i've been said that i'll receive my card by post.
Till today, after 2 years & 10 months also, I havent received voter card.
I have been in govt election dept twice, but got same answer as I'll get card by post...
