Dear Sir/M'am,

I am living opposite of mangalam aatithi bhawan, medical road, Gorakhpur, UP. I have applied for change the meter of high rating due to some personal reasons. I have made so many follow up and meet to Mr. Pal (Contact No- 9889301385), but they have not given any respose even not pick the phone when i called him. I am fade up with this system. It is requested you to kindly solve this problem asap and take an immediate action against such a person who is in system only to harass.
