Unscheduled powercut & low voltage

I am from urapakkam selvaraj nagar back side to ration shop.we

are always facing unscheduled powercut and also low voltage priblem.each and every measures are taken temporarily.we need permenent solution. Even for a slight wind flow the power will be disconnected and throughout the night we wont get the supply and as soon the disconnection the eb office no. Will be busy they keep the receiver down.if this case continues people get mad plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz take proper action as soon as possible
