Asking for bribe and cutting off suppy wire without information

On 09-jan, peoples from electricity board varanasi reach to my house and started checking. now people from electricity board demanded for money . when refused they broke the meter seal and said you meter seal is beoken you have to pay penalty and they cut off the wire from the electricity poll. this second time they have done this . my mother lives in the house and she is helpless . they use to do this activity to my house only in entire colony.
