Power Shutdown regularly at nights

I am a resident of visalakshinagar revenue colony sector -5, Visakhapatnam, facing a serious problem of power shutdown from the past 4 days at nights. Some houses in our lane which belong to the same pole has this problem. We registered a complaint to customer care 155333 but the response is very poor, yesterday the power went at night 11:00 pm and came at morning 4:00am early hours. We got fed up dialing and asking the progress this is not at all recommended. People of that area are facing this problem from past 4 days not even a response from the electricity board officials even after complaint registration shows negligence of the board.

As temperatures are very high now and in summer power shutdown at nights, with small kids is really hard.

Please take action immediately and do rectify the problem permanently
