Power failure

I live in kanhaiya nagar, shikargarh area of jodhpur. In our area electricity shortage is too much. volage is also not fine, and whenever we do complaints at electricity office, they dnt take it seriously. We have wrote an application to the A- EN at Old Power House with signature of plenty of our neighbours weeks ago, but nothing had been done till today.

electricity power cut is this much in our area that we have electricity for only 8-10 hrs a day in 24 hrs.

My mother is a cancer patient and she's suffering a lot from this powercut too.

Please take severe steps against the concerned authorities and solve our problem as soon as possible.
