Refusal of e-MO Without contacting the addrssed person

Dear Sir,

with reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that, without contacting the addressed person to whom e-MOs are sent, how the e-MOs are returned to us indicating 'Refused'.When I contacted those persons that, why you didnot receive the e-MOs they replied no such e-MOs are came to us. POWERGRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. has sending lot of e-MOs for crop compensation. Out of them many e-MOs are returned to us indicating "Refusal'' without contacting the addressed person.

Please look at to this matter...
