Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have submitted my PF & Pension transfer application to PF office, Shillong regarding PF- transfer from JH/13/132181, ACC Ltd, Cement House, 121, M.K.Road, Mumbai to PF no. AS/4184/225, Calcom Cement India Ltd on 25th Oct, but till date I could not get any information at your end / Shillong office. As per PF- office, Shillong, the application has been forwarded to Mumbai PF- office at above address, but no any information received till date.
Hence, you are requested to transfer my PF / pension from JH/13/132181, ACC Ltd, Cement House, 121, M.K.Road, Mumbai to PF no. AS/4184/225, Calcom Cement India Ltd & kindly communicate the same at my below address.
