Non-receiving of EPF amount

Non-receiving of EPF since one year.

As per my EPF record and receipt they have submitted two cheques in my acct. in Aug'10 in my name in but i m sorry to inform that so far i've received only one cheque of amount Rs.3500/- in my ICICI Bank Acct directly by EPF. The other cheque they claimed that cheque of amount Rs.7800/- was issued simontenously but not received in my same bank acct. so far.

My all collegues have already received both the cheques in their acct.

You are request to kindly direct the deptt. to issue me the second cheque of Rs.7800/- with interest in my name and in SBOP acct. no. 0000006500508712 at the earliest so that i may not suffer any more.
