Respected Sir

I have worked in MOTIHARI CHINI UDYOG MOTIHARI Distt-Champaran Bihar Po-845401 from 01/07/1987 to 31/05/1998 as Electrical Engineer. I joined from Simbholi sugars Unit-Chilwaria Bahraich (U.P) but I came to know that my PF/EPF has not been transferred as per the said account numbers. I will request so many times in this last 10 years but it will not transfer in my PF in my new PF account.

I therefore request you to kindly arrange for the transfer of my PF/EPF accumulation with interest till date to the said account at the earliest. This account along with PF/EPF will be further transferred to my new account UP/26322/652. Simbholi sugars Unit-Chilwaria Bahraich (U.P).
