Delay in clearing the payment of Matured NSC

Sir,

I had purchased the NSC No - 46EE447356 to 358 - 10000/-x03 nos dated 26.07.2004 Above NSC, s have matured on 26.07.2010. I had submitted the letter for transferring the NSC to Post office Boisar (Maharashtra) pin -401501 on 21.06.2010.

I am really sorry to say that even after three months my papers have not been sent to Post office Boisar from where i want the payment.

Moreover i had sent a reminder to post office Balaghat for doing the needful but in vain.

Can you pl help me?
