Complaint regarding PF amount

I had submitted my PF form in March. My a/c number is 0030996/0022550.I was assured that i will receive my amount in 45-60 days. But till now i did not receive the amount. I checked with their website but it shows--NO RECORD FOUND.Please let me know what to do
