After more than 8 months, the EPFO Gurgaon has rejected my claim saying that I have not given the DOB and DOL on the application.

This is a lie. It seems to be an old trick to extort bribes by first delaying response for months and years and then rejecting based on flimsy reasons.

I hope the Lok Pal happens and people concerned are sent to prison.

I have written to [email protected], the vigilance department as well as Public Grievances website. So far no resolution.
