Non issue of PPO

The Assistant PF Commissioner (Pension) Noida, UP, Meerut has forwarded my application in form 10D, along with the IDS duly approved by the AO (Accounts), vide letter No. MR/NO/110400006291/060511-63, Dt 03/05 to A.P.F.C (Pension), 5MeeraBai Marg, A P SABHA BUILDING, LUCKNOW to issue my PPO.But till date nither I have received any intimation in this regard nor my pension amount with arrears has been credited in my s/b bank account at Daligang branch of State Bank Of India. Therefore it is requested to look in to the matter at the earliest to resolve the issue. Thanking You. yours faithfully
