Final settlement delayed by SEVEN MONTHS

Sir,

I have resigned from JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd. in Mar. I have not yet received the PF settlement from Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and my PF account no is (MH) KD/92681/3961.

Please note that I had been employed with JP Morgan since July when they were still with the EPFO. The JP

Morgan PF Trust was started from Sept. So my PF is with EPFO for the period July to Aug.

However, I am being told by EPFO - Kandivli that the settlement should be from JP Morgan PF Trust and not EPFO.

JP Morgan PF Trust has redirected me to the EPFO since they have already settled their part, for the period Sept till Mar A YEAR AGO.

I am yet awaiting the settlement from EPFO I have no clue or intimation regarding the reason for delay. Please, let me know the status of the PF amount as to when it will be credited to my account and the reason for the delay.

Request you to kindly help me with the needful.
