Subject: Encroachment on Government land
At the outset it is most respectfully submitted that Residential Quarters comprising of Two Rooms’ Set situated in the vicinity of Kalkaji New Delhi were allotted to the Refugees who migrated from Pakistan after partition by the Ministry of Rehabilitation in 1952. Moreover, in order to further provide the facilities and to properly rehabilitate the Refugees/Migrants, the Ministry of Urban Development had allotted the above residential space with common toilet facilities on sharing basis.
That after lapse of times and as per growing needs of the Residents from time to time, almost all the residents of the aforesaid locality constructed their separate toilet & bathroom in their respective flats.
That about 2-3 years ago, some of the residents/occupants had tried to illegally occupy, construct and grab the common space of common toilets which were left redundant after construction of separate toilets by all the Residents in their respective flats.
I, Shri C.P. Malhotra, Senior Citizen – 82 years), R/o A-285, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi – 110019, suffering from diseases like stroke, heart problems, diabeties etc., staying alongwith my wife Smt. Swaran Lata Malhotra, who is also a Senior Citizen (72 yearsand recently, the surgery of Disc of the Spinal Cord of my wife was done by Dr. Shankracharya in the Orthonova Hospital, New Delhi, being law abiding citizen of India had made complaints against my neighbour namely Shri Naresh Malhotra Resident/Occupant of Flat No. A-287 (Double Storey) Kalkaji, New Delhi on account of his raising illegal construction in his house as well as illegally trying to grab/occupy the common space of toilet adjacent to his flat and thereafter besides this, lots of complaints were made to concerned authorities of M.C.D / Police and also in Senior Citizen Cell, telephonically and written, for his above said illegally acts.
That thereafter Smt. Sonia Malhotra who resides alongwith real brother of her husband namely Shri Naresh Malhotra (another residents in the same block).also in collusion with Shri Naresh Malhotra, Smt. Meena Malhotra, Shri Raj Kumar Bhola, Shri Tilak Raj Bhola, Shri Sanjay Bhola, Shri Balram, Shri Rajan and Smt. Meenu (all are residents of A-287 Flat) after hatching conspiracy again started raising illegal construction by way of breaking the wall of the Common Toilet Passage/Block to encroach the common space of Toilet which was constructed by the ministry of Rehabilitation in the year 1952 for providing common facilities of its local residents/dwellers on sharing basis at the ratio of one common toilet for four or Two flats occupants.
That at the behest of said Smt. Sonia Malhotra and the influence of her close relatives who are working in Police / MCD Department, no one either from police department / MCD department is ready to take action against Smt. Sonia Malhotra, r/o A-287, Double Storey, Kalkaji, New Delhi – 110019. Smt. Sonia Malhotra, the above named still staying with her husband and two children without any fear in a separate portion of toilet block, which was constructed by the ministry of Rehabilitation in the year 1952 for providing common facilities of its local residents/dwellers on sharing basis at the ratio of one common toilet for four or Two flats occupants, after broken the wall of toilet block by way of doing the encroachment on government land. She has constructed two rooms, toilet, kitchen etc. in toilet block area. She is not having a valid papers of their separate portion in which she is staying.
It is therefore humbly requested to take appropriate legal action against Smt. Sonia Malhotra on account of encroachment on government land by way of constructing two room set in toilet block area.
