I have purchased my Car from Amar Car Vadodara in 1st January. The RTO inspection is done on 10/01. But till now (end of May) I have not received RC Book. On inquiring the same i have been told that the RC Book will by delivered to my home address by Post. Till now not received; full 5 months have gone.. The RTO functions very slow..
