PF not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Amit Kumar Ganotra and my PF no is MH/91736/1734 .My previous employer has submitted my PF form on Nov. 09 for credit in Axis Bank's account number 402010100044536 and i was told that i would get the amount within 3 months, however I haven't get of anything about the same till date.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.
