Delay in issuing of passport

I've applied for the passport for myself and my family on 15 January at the regional passport office Kummaraguda, Secunderabad- 500 003. Police inquiry was done within 1 month of applying, and police report is clear. But till now the passports are not in my hand. I'm in an immediate need of passports, as our USA PETITION File WAS SANCTIONED in Dec, So We have to sent passport copy to US EMBASSY. Please Help and take disciplinary action into this matter.
