Non Receipt of EPF

With reference to the PF A/c No MH/35415/14280, I have received a letter dtd 31/7 saying you have dispatched one cheque No 912316 dtd 31/7 for Rs 15198/- to Kotak Mahindra Bank, Parrys Branch, Chennai. After repeated follow ups, the bank has confirmed that they have not received the payment. Now I request you to please send the same to my address with the accumulated Interest as on date.
