EPF
PF amount not received

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PF with drawl on Oct till now i have not received the amount. so i have raised the EPFiGMS vide Registration with EPF India.

As per the new status The claim has been settled and the same has been returned from the bank vide dated 17/08. Could you please let me know how can get the amount back.

As EPF peoples has not mentioned how to get the money.

Kindly help me how to get the amount. EPFiGMS vide Registration details given below.
