Passport office jalandhar
Not received passport

My name is Sunila Dhir

I applied for renew of passport on 10-10 at jalandhar center. fill no. O035932.

but i did not received my passport.

I also complaint online. the copy of mail is:

I applied for the reniew of passport on date:10-10 at Jalandhar RPO.

My file no. is O035932.

and my DOB is 24-07-1975.

Sir i did not receive my passport. when i check status today it shows:

"POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED."

But reality is that no one visit our house for police inquiry.

i think that reason shown in status is not my mistake.

now please tell us what i have to do.

For PGO (PG)

Even i contact to office on 06-03 regarding this, they say that u will receive your passport within 10 days.

but till today i dont receive my passport.

I again mail to same address on19-03 and not receive any answer.

now tell me when i will receive my passport.

and who is responsible for this harassment.
