Delay in epf claim settlement

Dear sir this Ajay kumar mu EPF id no APHYD 00180230000002970, i have submitted claim Form-19 and 10c on 17th Nov, 2moths over till dated claim not settled, i have vissited the epf regional office Hyderabad thrice but every time they replaying that will settle very soon but still claim not settled, please help me on this issue and do need full, thanking you si
