Sir,

Sir, I had sent all the PF withdrawal documents by Registered AD which have been received at your Thane office on 12 th March along with a Cancelled cheque to Thane Office where Mr. Shankar Pathak was looking after this case. I had registered a grievance under Reg no: ROTHA/E/00566 where I got a reply that my complaint pertains to Kandivali office and no action has been taken from Thane Office. When 2nd Complaint was registered the case was transferred from kandivali office to Thane office so a 3rd compliant was lodged where case was closed from Thane Office and it was mentioned that I need to contact Kandivali office. When a 4th Complaint was lodged vide Reg No: SROKN/E/03393 I have not received any response till yet neither my account is been credited with my Provident Fund Amount. Mr. Prasad from Kandivali office is looking after my case. My PF account No is MH/THN/92744/145.Could you please look into this and do the needful and help me out to claim my Provident Fund Amount been credit to my Account.
