Non receipt of PF claim amount

I have applied for withdrawl of my claim amount with EPFO Bandra. The people say that it was not credited through neft IN MY ACCOUNT.I had again submitted my form for reissue on 05/04.I was told that I will receive amount within ninety days. I have lodged on line complaint but there is no reply from office
