Non-receipt of PF claims

I had submitted a PF claim (Form 19) for my friend: Mr Sarat Singh Thounaojam through his ex- employer: "M/s Indian National Press" a number of months ago. His PF Account No. is MH/1200/1805 .

Till date the money for the claim submitted (Form 19) has not yet been received in his bank account.

Would request to please expedite the claim
