PF Withdrawal form rejected

I received a message on my mobile phone 9663813511 that my PF withdrawal form was rejected and letter is being dispatched on 23/04..

Till date i have not received. I donot know reason for rejection to get the issue resolved with Cyberstar or EPFO.
