Cliam not received

Hi

As my PF withdrawal form got submitted on 9 th April. My pf account no. is DL/27703/4723 and Name Amit Kr Akela and two month has been passed away but i have not received my claim amount.

As my many other collegue deposited their form after me by end of April and within a month they received their claim.

Please let me know my claim status as soon as possible.
