EPF Office, Kandivali (W)
PF Withdrawal - not yet received

Dear Sir,

I was working with Corp Solutions Ltd till 4th July where my PF was getting deducted from my salary. I submitted all necessary documents to my previous office (Corp Solutions Ltd) for withdrawing my EFP who in turn submitted it to their consultant for submitting the same to EPF Office at Kandivali (W). The same was submitted by the consultant a long time back and its been more than 1 year's time since i left my previous company but still i have not received my EPF.

My PF No was: MH/KAN/211605/451.

Can you please help me with this.
