Delay in Claim Settlement

Hi

I had deposited Form 10C and Form No.19 for withdrawal of EPF amount in the m/o April’11 against account no. HR/GGN/28979/125 and the website of the EPFO also acknowledged receipt of the same (on 02.05.11) but it always reflect that claim is under process. Since then neither I received the EPF amount nor any communication to this effect. I had read from EPFO website in its FAQ Section "That the claims received complete in all respects are disposed off within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of claims in the office" but now it’s more than 4 months passed and my claim is still in process. The inordinate delay in remittance of my legitimate dues has caused lot of inconvenience to me. I therefore request the officer in charge of Grievance Cell of EPFO (Gurgaon) to accord your attention to this complaint and avoid further delay in release of money on account of EPF.

The favor of an early action in the matter shall be greatly appreciated.
