Transfer request (Form 13) was submitted to EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) Kolkata office on 15.07.2009.

Receipt No.: 3044152 dated 15.07.2009.

In spite of repeated visits to PF office and repeated requests, the transfer has NOT yet been done and I have not received any comminication from PF office till date. One year has passed and the transfer has NOT been done.

KINDLY HELP TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER PROCESS.
