My Name is R.J.GOVARTHANAN.I worked in ARISTO, a pharmaceutical company till July. PF withdrawal form has been sent through Aristo Pharmaceuticals, Mumbai On December 3rd to the EPFO Regional Office. Kandivali (West) Mumbai 400067. My PF Account No. Is MH/13089/7573. But I have not received the settlement amount yet. Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful to me.
