I wish to inform you that I received a message on my mobile phone number (022) 9833559801 on 22/03 at 2:45 am stating that FORM 10C (Withdrawl benefit /Scheme certificate) for account DSNHP00237190000083569 received on 21/03 and claim ID 110300033370 is under process

and

claim FORM 19 for PF settlement for member account DSNHP00237190000083569 received on 21/03 and claim ID 110300033367 is under process. But I have not yet received the settlement money till now. I had given my bank details for direct debit. It's almost an year I applied for direct debit

settlement.
